Refunds, Returns and Exchanges


For most items, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 90 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened and unused. Return shipping reimbursement is available if it was our error, or if the product is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please include your original shipping invoice, or a copy of your receipt.

Gift cards and downloadable software products or patterns are non-returnable. We take copyrights very seriously, and ask you to repeat the work of any designer’s patterns we sell. Designers work hard - let’s work equally hard to respect their creativity.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, or with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Clearance merchandise will sometimes be non-returnable. Your invoice will always specify if any item is nonreturnable.

We’ve all gotten something, and found it was the wrong color. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email to, or by using our contact form, letting us know what needs replacing. Then send your item by USPS to: 9039 Cross Park Drive #31607, Knoxville, TN, 37923. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will make an effort to get it to you as soon as possible.

If it was our error or the product was defective, we will refund your original shipping costs, AND your return shipping as long as those are clearly noted on your receipt. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it isn’t traceable.
